Installation and test will start from following three aspects:

1.       Make sure detailed requirements of installation and test, including:

1.1.    Requirement of machine room, power supply and environment;

1.2.    Network optimization and configuration proposal of design and application conditions;

1.3.    Acceptance of goods with customers;

1.4.    Build experiment environment for device connection and test for it;

1.5.    Provide guidance on device installation and testing;

1.6.    Standardize all the technical documents of network nodes topology and device configurations;

1.7.    Provide onsite maintenance during network runtime;

1.8.    Report all the occurring problems and provide solutions;

1.9.    Provide onsite training during installation and online training after project acceptance;

2.        Optimize organizational structure of the project and set up project team;

3.       Specify project implementation procedure;

Emergence Maintenance Response Time

We have different response time upon failure level:

·         Level 1: current network shut down or serious impact on business operation;

·         Leve 2: operation performance decreases greatly or big impact on business operation;

·         Level 3: operation performance decreases but business operates normally;

·         Level 4: support required on product function, installation and configuration and obviously, has no impact on business operation;

For failure level 1 and 2, remote diagnosis and feedback to customers within ten minutes and will assign professional technical staff onsite within 24 hours if needed;

For failure level 3 and 4, remote diagnosis and feedback to customers within 2 hours and will assign professional technical staff onsite within 48 hours if needed;
