VisionGlass-PSR series offers efficient, accurate and reliable quality inspection performance for raw pattern glass quality control after annealing furnace and before optimizer cutting. Based on Luster’s self-developed imaging technology, this system can accurately check and classify open and closed bubbles, and other surface defects, provide light and sound alarm as well as defect information monitoring. By connecting to different brands of optimizer cutting system it will ensure precise defect positioning for glass optimized cutting and dropping.
