1、Alignment and Assembly Solution
Alignment and assembly is a very import-ant part of touch screen and LCD produc-tion processing. Alignment and guidance has become a key technology in this process. CG, Sensor, Touch Panel and LCD module are assembled by vision align-ment guidence and placement technolo-gy. Key components such as liquid crystal substrates are aligned and assembled, and the accuracy, efficiency, and stability have been significantly improved. The current alignment is mainly divided into three categories: soft to soft, soft to hard, and hard to hard objects.
2、COG/FOG Solution
COG(Chip On Glass), FOG(Film on Glass), FOB(Film on Board)– These three processes are indispensable in display assembly. 4、Cell FullyAutomatic Quality Inspection
Cell's fully automatic quality inspection solution is for the “light on” and cosmetic inspection after the 3 to 12.3 inch display panels are cut. Automated optical inspection is performed when the display is lit, and defects such as dark spots, bright spots, dark lines, bright lines, and Mura effects are detected. Additionally, defects such as scratches, chipping, burrs, and bumps are inspected. The equipment has exceeded the limit detection capability of the human eye by 3x, achieving 5μm defect detection. Automation technology has completely replaced manual labor for unmanned factories. 5、LCM Auto Inspection
The LCM automatic quality inspection solution is an inspection device for 3~12.3 inch LCD panel backlight assembly. Automated optical inspection is performed when the display is lit, and defects such as dark spots, bright spots, dark lines, bright lines, and Mura are detected. The detection equipment has exceeded the limit detection capability of the human eye by 3x, achieving 5μm defect detection.
