Recently, LUSTER has been successfully appraised at CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration for Software) Maturity Level-4, which marks LUSTER’s enhanced quantitative management capabilities to provide customers greater delivery certainty.

CMMI, which originated from the United States, is the most authoritative assessment and certification system in the international software industry. It provides a set of best practices, structured into maturity levels, to help organizations assess their current capabilities and develop a roadmap for incremental improvement. CMMI’s five levels of process maturity each represents an organization’s sophistication in managing and improving process. For CMMI Level-4, the core of is quantitative management, which requires a comprehensive quantification and digitization of the software development process.

LUSTER made great efforts which laid a solid foundation for the establishment and implementation of the CMMI L4:
