This update employs a groundbreaking combination of AI+ rules, which plays a vital role in solving challenging inspection problems such as complex backgrounds, strong noise, low contrast, and random occlusions.



01 Deep integration of "AI+ rules" enables universal inspection across scenarios and production lines


The deep integration of "AI + Rules" ensures high-precision inspection of rule algorithms while leveraging artificial intelligence algorithms to adapt to scene migration and meet the rapidly evolving demands of product iteration. In the latest version of VisionWARE, 60% of the core tools integrate this method, significantly enhancing the image processing capabilities under complex conditions, such as background interference and low contrast. The new version has enhanced the system's stability and availability, demonstrating advantages in inspection speed, operation and maintenance requirements, cost efficiency.


  • Smart Positioning: High positioning success rate in complex scenarios with high positioning accuracy.


  • Smart Line Tracking: Achieves a 99.99% success rate in complex scenarios such as edge contrast fluctuations amd background straight-line interference, using CPU inference without the need for hadware upgrades. 

  • ODS Image Adjustment: Automatically adjusts ODS image consistency, improving debugging efficiency by more than 100%.

  • AI 3D Matching: Simulation automatically generates training datasets, eliminating the need for artificial annotation.


  • OCV (Optical Character Verification): Provides pixel-level character defect inspection and embedded OCR variable character automatic recognition meet real-time inline inspection requirements with stable defect inspection, 0 misjudgements, and adaptability to character textures.



  • Smart Code Reading: Covers degrated scenes such as dirt, severe noisy, and low contrast. No additional preprocessing is required; a single tool can directly decode, using CPU inference without requiring hardware upgrades.


02 Self-developed VisionWARE offers 10 modules, nearly 200 algorithm tools


The latest version of VisionWARE's core technologies cover 10 major modules including image processing, positioning, measurement, inspection, recognition, color, 3D preprocessing, 3D positioning, 3D measurement, and visual guidance, as well as nearly 200 algorithm tools. It offers reusable universal and dedicated operators, for general purpose of various scenarios and for more specific scenarios independently, which enable customers to achieve fast and accurate inspection at a low cost.



03 Over 10,000 visual systems are deployed annually


After nearly 30 years of accumulation, LUSTER has delivered hundreds of thousands of visual devices and systems, serving more than 200+ industry leaders such as Foxconn, BOE, and Apple.
