Looking back at 2025, LUSTER has achieved remarkable milestones: Supported by over 30 global partners, we have served over 20,000 clients across 58 countries, with more than 31,000 sets of intelligent vision products installed at various production lines and sites; Driven by an in-depth understanding of customer needs, we concentrated our efforts on technology development, added another 180 authorized patents and 128 new patent applications, bringing our total authorized patents to 866. Behind every achievement lies the trust of our customers, the strong collaboration of our partners, the dedication and hard work of our employees, and the visionary support of our shareholders. As the new year approaches, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and festive greetings to every one of you who walks this path with us.

With passion as our ink, we write the answers to technological breakthroughs. LUSTER strategically acquired the Danish company JAI, a renowned industrial camera leader with more than 60 years of history. JAI's prism-based color separation technology stands out in the industry for its unparalleled color reproduction. This move enabled us to solve a long-standing industrial challenge regarding color consistency in multiple industries such as semiconductors, consumer electronics, printing and packaging, and food and pharmaceuticals. Based on this key technology, we established a high-end intelligent camera matrix for semiconductors, including ultraviolet and infrared cameras, allowing the precise "visual eye" to illuminate every critical process in semiconductor manufacturing. We deeply integrated AI with vision, to upgrade the LUSTERLVM industrial large model and the VisionWARE algorithm platform, achieving a 60% fusion of “AI + rules” in core tools, with a quality inspection success rate exceeding 99.99%. In fields like 3C and new energy, we have achieved remarkable results, boosting efficiency by six times and improving yield rates by 0.3%–10%. Every technological breakthrough and improvement is a testament to our unwavering passion for our customers and technology.

With responsibility as our sail, we safeguard the dreams of every striver. The company launched the “Cornerstone Initiative,” empowering over one thousand front-line employees to advance and grow. We established a product manager training system, bridging end-to-end value creation from needs to implementation, ensuring every ounce of craftsmanship and responsibility finds its place. We set up overseas service centers, training over 500 international service engineers annually to secure reliable and professional service capabilities across borders. In the wave of digital transformation, “digital employees” and “BI dashboards” have taken root, making our organization’s operations more efficient.

With commitment as our promise, we repay the trust of every shareholder. Our international market revenue has increased year-on-year, and our overseas market share has steadily risen. Our electric vehicle and new energy solutions not only serve major manufacturers’ domestic production sites but also their new overseas sites. Printing, packaging, and solar businesses have expanded into key markets in Europe and the United States. By sharing vision + AI technological innovation and delivering key value, we have built long-term strategic partnerships with major clients and strengthened the bridge of trust with our shareholders, ensuring every commitment is fulfilled.

Tiny sparks will gather to form a galaxy of stars. Looking ahead to 2026, we will continue to identify and improve internal gaps, humbly learn from advanced international organizations such as JAI, adopting their quality practices and advanced engineering systems. We will relentlessly polish our star products and elevate the customer experience to the utmost. We will accelerate the fusion and innovation of vision and language large models, partnering with industry leaders like Zhipu AI, NVIDIA, and Huawei based on customer needs, striving to create and realize customers’ dreams, and forging our own distinctive path in industrial AI.
