ReTina 2100/4100 Series Lit-LCD AOI System
The ReTina 2100/4100 Series is designed for the automatic optical inspection of lit screens, detecting the defects in LCD screens, such as dark spots, bright spots, dark lines, bright lines, Mura, etc., based on the vision and image processing technology. Luster's ReTina 2100/4100 Series Lit-LCD AOI System can precisely and quantitatively detect various types (points, lines and Mura) of quality defects in the Cell and Module segments of LCD. For point defects, the precision of inspection is stably maintained at 1/3 subpixel level above 26μm×26μm, and can reach to the maximum of 10μm. For Mura, the inspection can detect 2mm×2mm defects with 3%+ contrast. The product provides beyond-human-eye quality inspection as well as high efficiency, and can be widely used in the production and manufacturing processes of smart phone, Pad, vehicle display, game console, notebook, digital camera, HDTV, etc.
